BIGS Neuroscience

Genesis
The International Graduate School THEME Medical Neuroscience was established in 2012 as an evolution of the existing graduate program, ‚Theoretical and Experimental Medicine‘ (THEME), within the Medical Faculty. Initially conceived as a specialized graduate school, it was integrated into the Bonn International Graduate Schools (BIGS) at the University of Bonn in 2015. Consequently, its name was changed to the ‚Bonn International Graduate School of Neuroscience‘ (BIGS Neuroscience).
